Artist Statement
It has been an honor making quilts for Grimes County to enter in the HSLR Quilt Contest for the past few years. I enjoy quilting and love helping the youth of our county in this small way. I have chosen the flying geese paisley quilt. I feel that a young teen would love to have this quilt to wrap up with when it is cold.
